🎉 Birthday Books – A Special Gift from the SSE PTA 📚

At Shady Shores Elementary, we believe every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday—and what better way than with the gift of a book? Through our Birthday Book Program, the SSE PTA proudly gives every student a book—absolutely free.

Reading not only builds imagination and curiosity, but it also improves focus, vocabulary, empathy, and lifelong learning. When kids have access to books they choose, they're more likely to fall in love with reading—and that’s a gift that keeps giving.

We make it extra special by snapping a photo of each Falcon with their chosen book to commemorate the moment. These smiles say it all: when you combine celebration with literacy, magical things happen.
